Real Wedding {Kristen & Chris}

Kristen & Chris had a stunning downtown Austin Wedding. They were so in love and their joy was absolutely contagious. They wanted to incorporated personal touches into every aspect of their wedding, so we had her grandmother's handmade roses by the guest book, their new family coat of arms put on the favor boxes, and they made their exit to "Meet me in St. Louis" in honor of their soon to be home. We had so much fun planning this wedding and turning their vision into reality!

Vendor Spotlight {Texas Old Town}

I recently discovered a wonderful wedding & event location called Texas Old Town. This gem is located just south of Austin in Kyle, TX. I had the pleasure of meeting Adrianna and receiving a tour of their expansive facilities. With 4 outdoor ceremony locations and 3 reception halls this place is huge, but yet it still feels intimate. Each beautiful outdoor ceremony site is located just steps from it's own private reception hall which can seat anywhere from 160-550 people. The facilities are amazing; each one was built by hand and includes hand-made wood furniture for a truly unique Texas look and feel. Each hall also has it's own kitchen for your caterer, PA system, bathrooms, red oak dance floor, and private bride & groom dressing rooms. The best part about this facility is there is only 1 required vendor, which is the bartending service from Texas Ritas. So this means you can bring in your own favorite caterer, florist, and of course Style & Grace Events to coordinate your wedding. You are also allowed to bring in your own alcohol which can be a huge money saver. So with it's beautiful outdoor country setting and unique rustic halls, Texas Old Town provides an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Here are some pictures from my recent trip, keep in mind these are from February when Texas isn't so pretty, but this place is lush and green during spring and summer. Visit their website for additional photos.

Vendor Spotlight {Your Dream Dress}

They also offer accessories such as veils, headpieces, and shoes - it's a fabulous site! Some of the dresses start at less than $1000, which is a steal for a Badgley Mischka. The ceremony and reception took place First United Methodist Church in Round Rock, The Cake Plate provided the amazing and yummy cakes, and LisaLyn Designs created the stunning floral arrangements and bouquets. Katherine is one of 4 girls and we had the privalege of planning her sister's wedding back in August. Real Wedding {Jennifer & Jeff}

I had the privilege of working with Jennifer & Jeff on their Texas Hill Country Wedding. They wanted their intimate wedding to be a fun and casual event for their guest and full of personal touches. It was a beautiful wedding and Jenn was absolutely wonderful to work with, one of my favorite clients for sure! The ceremony took place at Chapel Dulcinea in Driftwood, TX followed by an outdoor reception at Bordeaux's Restaurant in Kyle.
