Vendor Spotlight {Kairos The Celebration Barn}

Are you looking for a beautiful rustic wedding venue that compliments the Texas Hill Country? Then Kairos The Celebration Barn may be just the place for you! Located just outside the historic town of Fredericksburg, this stunning barn structure was built in the 1850's & was once located in Ohio serving as a working barn. As you walk in, the barn has quite the grand entrance with two ornate curved staircases & high ceilings featuring wood beams. The main dining and reception area can welcome 120 guests seated for dinner and features an impressive limestone fireplace. Stone patios and a back lawn offer more space and spectacular views of the Hill Country and surrounding landscape and pond. We recently had the opportunity to meet with husband and wife team, Joe and Sharon Grimes, who have been managing Kairos for over 12 years. Chef Joe works with each bride & groom to provide a custom menu which reflects both their taste & budget. They also offer an array of other optional services to help facilitate a smooth & successful wedding. Contact them today @ www.kairos-celebrationbarn.com to schedule your own personal tour!

Vendor Spotlight {Three Points Ranch}

Are you looking for a rustic wedding venue with a distinct Austin vibe? Then we have the perfect location for you!

Three Points Ranch is a beautiful family owned ranch nestled in the Texas Hill Country near Marble Falls & Horseshoe Bay Resort. As you drive up their long winding dirt road you begin to get the feeling that you'll be having a good ol' time out there! We recently took a tour of the facility & meet with Sally, the owner and general manager of the ranch. With her down to earth personality we felt like family as she showed us around the sprawling ranch facilities. With a pavilion, dining barn, Airstream camp, and various outdoor settings, Three Points Ranch has a lot to offer. They can hold anywhere from 85 to 180 people in the various sites depending on dining, sitting or dancing. With an small onsite kitchen and several bar areas, caterers and bartenders have several set-up options. The Airstream camp is a one of a kind way to get ready for your big day and the vintage vibe is sure not to be missed as you're surrounded by eclectic pieces of art & decor. It's also available for overnight accommodations for your family & friends. Our favorite spot at the ranch was a grouping of eleven live oak trees that form a canopy; it would be an absolutely gorgeous spot to hold your ceremony with mason jar lights hung from the branches! But that isn't the only ceremony location option, Three Points Ranch has 2 other established sites with the lush Texas hill country serving as the backdrop. To schedule your own personal tour contact Sally Thomas at 512-961-6494 or visit their website at www.threepointsranch.com

Real Wedding {Lindsay & Darren}

When Konyi met with me she told me her daughter's dream was to have her wedding in a big red barn; so I can't think of a more perfect location than Red Corral Ranch for Lindsay & Darren's wedding. They booked the Signature Wedding Package & their friends and family enjoyed the ranch for the entire weekend with the highlight being a hayride after the rehearsal dinner. Lindsay & Darren wanted their wedding to be fun, casual, & distinctly Texas. The girls wore boots, the flower girl used a cowboy hat as a basket, the aisle was marked with a burlap aisle runner, lanterns & mason jars were used for decor, the centerpieces contained succulents with a fun windmill accent, & the favorite spot of the evening was the photo booth complete with hay bales & saddle. Lindsay & Darren had a blast but so did their guests & boy was there some boot scootin' going on!

"Crystal- Just wanted to thank you again for everything you did during the coordination of the wedding.......wow, what would we have done without you? It was so awesome for Les & I to feel we could just sit back and enjoy the evening and our guests, because you were handling it all. You did an awesome job, and we really appreciate all of your time & effort!" - Konyi

"I wanted to thank you again for all of your awesome work this weekend. You have no idea how great it was to watch my mom relax and enjoy herself last night. I never expected to see her bustin' a move on the dance floor and she wouldn't have without the help of you and your crew! Our entire wedding weekend was perfect and we couldn't have imagined anything better. You did a wonderful job pleasing so many people and Darren & I are so grateful." -Lindsay
