Fredericksburg, this stunning barn structure was built in the 1850's & was once located in Ohio serving
as a working barn. As you walk in, the barn has quite the grand entrance with
two ornate curved staircases & high ceilings featuring wood beams. The main dining and reception area can
welcome 120 guests seated for dinner and features an impressive limestone fireplace.
Stone patios and a back lawn offer more space and spectacular views of the Hill

Joe and Sharon Grimes, who have been managing Kairos for over 12 years. Chef Joe works with each bride & groom to provide a custom menu which reflects both their taste & budget. Saturday & Sunday: $20/guest, $2000 minimum
Monday-Friday: $10/guest, $1000 minimum
Ceremony Site: $500
*All food & beverage service is required to be in-house with menus starting at $25 per guest. Additional service charges also apply. Tables, Chairs, & Linens for up to 175 guest included.
